Ok well as I am sure by my sn you can all tell that I love cats.

I have 3 beautiful little furballs of love living with me.

I also have a 6 year old Irish Setter (i'll describe all of them)

Thomasina is my oldest cat. She is skinny. She's orange and white. She is immaculate. Her white is Whiter than white, LOL she keeps herself clean. She is not the best people person as she hisses at them when they walk into the house, but she loves me and my Dad. She has topaz colored eyes

Princess is my middle child or so I call her. She is all grey. She feels like velvet when you pet her. She's a beautiful cat. She is also closer to me than the other ones are. She follows me everywhere, whether it be into the bathroom or wherever, just as long as it's not outside LOL. She gives me massages at night, it's funny. She green eyes which are gorgeous.

Lucky is my only male cat. He reminds me of Garfield in that he lives to eat and sleep. We rescued him when he was just a baby. WE lived in a townhouse at the time we found him, he was all skin and bones, someone had shaved his fur off, and threw him over a fence and into a ditch. When he shook his head he would fall over, we honestly didn't think he was going to survive, but he proved us all wrong and now he is the biggest cat in the house LOL. He loves people. He will be friends with anyone really.

and finally RED. My puppy. He's an irish setter meaning his hair color is auburn (actually it matches mine perfectly LOL) He's a bit jumpy when people come in. He like them but he wants to be all over them when they are here. So we have to keep him in the bedroom until the person gets settled and then he goes and jumps up on their laps and sleeps on them it's cute.

Aw, they sound cute. I want a kitty, but my mom's alergic.
Other than Jazzy my fantastic guide dog, I also have a wire-haired fox terrier named Franny. We adopted her last January. She was abandoned at the shelter on Christmas Eve and we're not sure exactly how old she is, probably between five and eight years. She's gray and kind of small, with very curly wiry fur which was recently groomed. She's very nice to people, but also protective. She barks whenever the doorbell rings, whenever I let Jazzy chase her, and when people with dogs come by. But she gets really nervous around other dogs especially if they're bigger than her. She's very good with Jasmine though, and she's so cuddly and sweet.

Thanks for sharing CatWoman. It makes me miss mine even more. I had three cats at one time but now have none. In 1987 I adopted two 4-month old cats from our local no kill shelter. Then a year later, I took an 8-week old kitten from a friend trying to find a home for her. All three were females. One of the two original cats died at the age of 7, and even the vet couldn't figure out what had been wrong with her. She was the sweetest and friendliest cat I had ever had. Then in 2001, her sister died. Just a few weeks ago, my last one died at the age of 16. So now I am catless for the first time in 17 years.

They sound gorgeous i own or am owned by a black moggie called Mortica or to her slaves, Miss Puss
She's a former stray who believes otherwise

Mortica was lured into the hallway of our building on a night of terrible weather, and she has stayed ever since. Her hobbies include beating up my dog Scott, annhiliating the rodent population of western Glasgow, and dive bombing me from the curtains.
We love her really.smile

Awww! I love cats. W used to have this white cat named Jack. But he peed everywhere so we gave him away. I always remember him eating popcorn with my dad at night, and when I was suppose to be asleep as a little kid, I would get up and come out to see Jack a and get popcorn. *sigh* Those were the better days, or maybe not depending on how one looks at it.
Right now, we have a dog. It is well, we're not sure what it is. We thought it was a multeath, but alas, we are wrong. We got rippd off, so when my parents get back from Florida, they're going to well erm, um, complain! To put it nicely...
He's called Cotten. He looks like a cotten ball. He loves everyone and anyone that comes to the house. He's a sweet dog that will just sit on your lap and let you pet him forever. We call him trader when strangers or even people we know come in! LOL.... He's a swwety though, really. He always likes to have coffee with me in the morning, when I was home. I miss that time now, the time when we'd all sit down as a famiy and drink coffie, while cotten sat on my lap or laid by my feet as dad read the paper, and we just yapped about anything and everything that comes to mind. My parents and dog and I are all close. OKay I'm rambeling off the s subject at hand I know, but that is very important to me as a person. John

Oh I want a kitty. I had 7 pets in my life. 6 birds and a hamster. all flew away. Then I had a cocatoo. her mame is Nickey. she was so cute, and unfortunately
she flew away. she liked to bite my earrings and squeal. at first, she was very shy. then she was wild. she makes messes everywhere, and one day, she was
sitting on the kitchen perch. my uncle told her to go to her cage, and she screamed. my uncle grabbed her by the wings and she pecked at him. She also, screeched really loud. so, she was
so cute

i love cats and dogs, but then especially puppies and kittens. here we have a dog and a cat, the dog is at an age of four now and the cat is 17. the dog is a labrador, and he tries to eat everything up he can. the cat is black and therefore we call her Blacky. she is very old and lost her hearing so she meows 10 times louder then a normal cat does. this is because she tries to hear herself lol.

We've always had dogs in the family but that didn't stop me being slightly wary of them since an incident when I was little when my great Uncle's boxer, Henry chucked herself at me when we arrived at the top of several flights of steps leading to his flat and he opened the front door to us. I've been better with them though, since I met my friend kKay's two dogs, Harvey and Baby. I know hardly anything'll happen when I first walk in the front door when I stay with her. They both just come up and explore the new person who's stood in the hall with one of their family members. Bigger dogs're are usually very steady, very placid if they're well trained and everything. We don't have a dog at the moment. We used to have a Bernese Mountain puppy, Charly, but my grandparents gave her away as mum worked, I was at secondary school in Worcester and Gran just couldn't cope with Charly, her own dog, Purdie and our other much older dog, a cream-coloured retriever, Daisy, so Charly had to go. I'd like another dog, but it just isn't fair on the dog if mum was out at work all day and I'm starting work experience soon, so that pleasure'll have to wait till either I get a guide dog or my own pet dog when I've left home, or mum retires and gets one herself.
